Within Australia, shipping is FREE for all orders over $95! Orders under $95 are a flat rate of $9.95 for standard post and $15.95 for express post. We currently use Australia Post e parcel for both standard and express delivery.

Internationally, products are shipped via airmail, with the rate based on the weight of your order and your location. The shipping charge for your order will be displayed during checkout once you have filled in your delivery address. GST is not charged on products for international orders.

Orders will generally be shipped within 5 business days of payment being received. At all times, we endeavour to maintain adequate stock levels, but occasionally during peak times, low stock may occur. Should you order an item we do not have in stock, we will notify you with an ETA, and you may choose to wait, exchange the item for another, or receive a refund.

Once your order has been processed and posted, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can then track your order using the online tracking tool on the Australia Post website.  

For standard delivery within Australia, please allow 2 – 6 working days to be received by you once dispatched. For express post within Australia, if you are in the Express Post delivery area, you should receive your order the next business day after dispatch, or longer if you are outside the network. Delivery times for international orders vary depending on location.

returns & exhanges

Items can be returned for a refund or exchange, due to change of mind, at customer's expense. Please contact us by emailing to obtain a return confirmation number. The return confirmation number will need to be included with the return of your items. Without the return confirmation number, the exchange or refund will not be processed.

Exchange or refund will only be processed if the following conditions are met:

  • within 14 days of receipt of the order
  • the items returned needs to be in the orginal package, tags intact, unopened, unused, unwashed.

It is recommended that any returns are sent with a trackable post as we will not be held responsible for items lost in the mail.

  • Refunds and exchange are processed within 7 days of receipt of returned goods and any refund will be made via the same payment method.
  • Postage costs are not refundable unless the item is deemed faulty by us.
  • Items purchased on SALE are not covered by our Returns and Exchange Policy unless deemed faulty.
  • Return or exchange are not allowed for some personal items for Hygieene reasons. Please check carefully in the description of each product.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund for change of mind if the above conditions are not met. Any returned products that show signs of use upon inspection by us will be returned to you and no refund will be granted. Return shipping fees will apply.

What if item is missing or wrong item is sent?
Please check your invoice or email confirmation first to ensure in fact the correct item or quantity has been ordered. Please email us on the details of the missing or incorrect item, and we will get back to you within 48 hours. The incorrect item must be returned to us unopened and in the original packaging, and please ensure the item is packed in a sturdy and secure way so as to avoid any damage in transit.

What happens if the item is faulty or damaged on arrival?
If the item is faulty or damaged when it is received, we will exchange it for a new one. Please contact us by emailing, and we will get back to you within 48 hours. Please return the item in the original packaging and ensure it is packed in a sturdy and secure way so as to avoid any further damage in transit.

What currency is shown on the website?
All prices on our webite are in Australian dollars (AUD) and GST inclusive. GST for the products will be removed automatically for orders shipped out of Australia on checkout.

Can I collect my order?
Currently we do not offer the option to collect the order in person.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card, Paypal and bank transfer.  If you choose the bank transfer you will be notified by email of our bank details. Please make payment within 48 hours of placing your order. If the payment is not received within the time frame, you order will be cancelled. Goods witll only be dispatched once the payment is received.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund as long as the item has not yet been shipped from our dispatch centres.
